are so anxious about living the future that they forget to live the present, which is the only time that truly exists.

Stop Fast Food, Encourage Slow Food

Eat and Drink Slowly

"hurry" and "craziness" must be demonised.  Don't fall for this trap. 


A good balanced life for Less Stress

Balance is enjoying what you have NOW.  Eating slowly, enjoying your food.  Meal times are an important social event.  A time when you can get together with family and friends or enjoy your solitude, calmly and peacefully.
